As a Grader Operator with NACG, you will maintain essential roadways and perform grading using advanced equipment. This position requires at least two years of experience operating graders, adherence to robust safety standards, and an understanding of GPS technology. You will be part of a team committed to safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate graders ranging from 16 to 24 ft blades
• Execute pre-use inspections and safety checks
• Maintain quality control for road and dump areas
• Collaborate with light vehicle and other operators
• Report equipment issues and follow safety protocols

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years operating graders
• Experience with M series graders is beneficial
• Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Robust English communication skills
• Background in mining or heavy construction valued
