Support our goal of guest satisfaction as a Maintenance Technician, responsible for repair and upkeep across multiple properties. This full time position requires weekend availability and a pride in hands-on work.

The Maintenance Technician will manage tasks such as drywall repairs, equipment maintenance, and direct coordination with guest services. Your role is vital in ensuring safe and welcoming environments for our guests. You will also keep accurate logs of maintenance schedules and repairs while being a friendly presence throughout the properties.

Key Responsibilities:
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently
• Address guest inquiries and assist coworkers
• Organize and diagnose trades for maintenance issues




• Ensure timely inspections and maintenance of property
• Help with moving furniture and addressing technical problems

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical certification in a relevant field is a plus
• Prior maintenance experience in hospitality or residential
• Basic computer literacy for reporting and scheduling
• Excellent interpersonal skills for guest interaction
