In this role, you’ll assist in ensuring that residents comply with program rules while providing the necessary support for current clients transitioning into the community. This position requires a proactive approach to conflict resolution and collaboration with local organizations related to criminal justice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with residency regulations
• Provide emergency support for new residents
• Implement conflict resolution strategies
• Attend community meetings regarding rehabilitation
• Report any breaches to on-call Manager

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in corrections or housing programs
• Skills in motivational and counselling techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet use
• Familiarity with community service resources
• Valid G driver's license and personal vehicle
