Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems and controls
• Conduct troubleshooting and repair on refrigeration systems
• Maintain and repair critical facility infrastructure




• Install and service various gas-fired equipment
• Document findings and complete work orders accurately

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic License
• Ontario Gas Fitter 1 License and 'G' Class Driver’s License
• At least 5 years’ experience in HVAC maintenance
• Robust understanding of mechanical troubleshooting
• Familiarity with plumbing and preventative maintenance
