Join HUB International as a Commercial Lines Account Associate in Toronto, specializing in Complex Risks and providing essential support to our Property & Casualty accounts. Candidates will use their strong communication and technical skills to excel in this role.
This position requires close collaboration with the Vice President of the Complex Risks Unit to enhance client service through effective account management. You will set up and maintain client files, manage policy proofs, and participate actively in client meetings. Your expertise will foster meaningful relationships while navigating the complexities of insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain compliance with HUB standards in file management
• Prepare certificates and renewal packages for clients
• Coordinate invoicing and track accounts receivable
• Engage in market negotiations for commercial policies
• Conduct research and manage data entry tasks
Requirements:
• Valid RIBO license essential
• 2-3 years of experience in commercial insurance
• Familiarity with Applied EPIC or similar systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Creative approach towards client management
