As a key player in our team, you will oversee daily inspections, troubleshooting of HVAC systems, and contractor management. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily inspections on HVAC systems and boilers




• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS
• Attend to basic building repair and maintenance tasks

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years’ hands-on experience in building systems
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems
• Strong troubleshooting abilities
• General handyman skills
