Become a crucial part of AgeCare's Long Term Care team as a Mental Health Support Worker. Support and empower residents aged 18+ dealing with complex mental health issues.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will collaborate with various professionals, including the Resident Care Manager, to offer targeted behavior and symptom support. Your strength-based approach will promote residents’ psycho-social recovery and stability by creating a safe, resident-centered setting. Use your interpersonal skills to aid in the development of residents' problem-solving capabilities and social integration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with interdisciplinary teams for effective mental health support
• Implement strength-based strategies to enhance well-being
• Build supportive relationships with residents
• Ensure a resident-centered approach to care
• Document and report any safety concerns promptly

Requirements:
• Diploma/Certificate in Community or Mental Health studies

Utilize your skills to foster recovery and community reintegration among residents at AgeCare.
