Protect the assets of Sephora in Mississauga, ON, as a full time Asset Protection Partner. This role focuses on theft prevention and operational controls to ensure safety across the store.
In this crucial position, you'll oversee retail security and conduct surveillance to deter theft while building relationships with local law enforcement and internal partners. You will also prepare detailed reports and support employee training to maintain loss prevention standards, collaborating with the Leadership team to enhance overall operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveillance and identify theft incidents
• Testify in court regarding theft cases
• Complete self-audits and inspections for compliance
• Assist with inventory processes and shrinkage plans
• Provide ongoing loss prevention training for staff
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in loss prevention
• Licensed in compliance with local regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility in working hours and locations
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
