Join Douglas College as an Apprentice Case Manager in Coquitlam. This full-time role supports BC Apprentices with financial application processes and compliance management.
In this client-facing position, you will guide apprentices, ensuring they receive appropriate financial support and help with their applications. The successful candidate will combine robust attention to detail and a positive attitude to provide exceptional service while working collaboratively with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify eligibility for financial supports per WorkBC guidelines
• Explain application processes to apprentices
• Conduct reviews of applications for completeness
• Document interactions in the Integrated Case Management system
• Manage client files and keep track of important dates
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12; additional qualifications are a plus
• Experience in customer service and problem-solving
• Ability to interpret policies and legislation
• Knowledge of ICM is an asset
• Flexibility for varied work hours, including evenings
Provide impactful support to apprentices and ensure their success in training programs.
