Overlanders Manufacturing LP is seeking an experienced Assembly Lead Hand for our Abbotsford facility. You will lead daily assembly activities, train team members, and ensure safety and quality while meeting production targets.
This hands-on leadership role involves actively participating in assembly tasks and coordinating with supervisors. Ideal candidates have prior manufacturing and assembly experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to read drawings and work instructions.
