You will closely work with hiring managers to craft targeted recruitment strategies while managing all aspects from candidate sourcing to onboarding. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish recruitment strategies
• Lead all phases of the recruitment process
• Engage in candidate sourcing through multiple channels




• Serve as a brand ambassador throughout the recruiting process
• Oversee onboarding logistics and orientation sessions

Requirements:
• At least 3 years as a recruiter or in talent acquisition
• Strong background in developing effective hiring strategies
• Proficient with social recruitment techniques
• Effective communicator and collaborator
• Experience with Dayforce is a plus
