Merrithew International is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People & Culture team in a hybrid role. This position focuses on full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions while enhancing candidate experience and collaboration with hiring managers.

In this full-time role, you'll implement strategic recruitment strategies to attract top talent across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Your expertise in building relationships will support workforce planning and initiate innovative sourcing channels, enhancing Merrithew's diverse talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment across Canada, the U.S., and the U.K.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs




• Create engaging job descriptions to attract high-quality candidates
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout recruitment

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; HR designation preferred
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a corporate environment
• Solid ATS proficiency, preferably ADP
• Proven success in engaging passive candidates
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
