Key Responsibilities:
• Operate compression presses and other equipment safely
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality
• Perform regular safety and operational audits
• Load/unload materials using forklifts
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is essential
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Mechanically inclined with detail orientation
• Must have reliable transportation for rotating shifts
