Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and inspire a performance-driven sales team
• Set and uphold customer service standards throughout the department




• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked and displayed effectively
• Foster team engagement and development through coaching
• Monitor inventory and implement loss prevention practices

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
• Proven skills in leadership and team development
• Strong visual merchandising creativity
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Abundant product knowledge in performance apparel and footwear
