Join Shared Health's team as a General Duty Nurse in Winnipeg. Implement essential nursing practices for both mental health and addiction patients at Health Sciences Centre, ensuring high-quality care delivery.

In this role, you'll provide critical nursing services under the supervision of the Health Services Manager. This position focuses on managing complex patient cases while working collaboratively with healthcare teams. Your role will include administering treatments and ensuring proper discharge processes for patients in the RR2 Adult Mental Health & Addictions unit.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care to patients with complex needs
• Coordinate and facilitate patient discharges effectively
• Provide leadership within the healthcare team




• Facilitate administration of medical treatments and medication
• Maintain patient documentation accurately

Requirements:
• Completion of an approved Registered Nursing education program
• Proof of registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
• Recent nursing experience preferred (up to 2 years)
• Proficiency in nursing care standards and legislation
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills
