As a Regional Agronomy Advisor, you'll play a vital part in delivering comprehensive training to enhance decision-making and product results among Grow Team Advisors. Collaborate with senior agronomists to synchronize training with agricultural strategies, and act as a subject matter expert to guide marketing initiatives. This full time role entails traveling within your territory 2-3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct high-quality agronomic training virtually and in person
• Partner with senior managers for training execution
• Provide technical expertise on essential crop products
• Enhance marketing efforts through accurate agricultural messaging
• Facilitate best practices training on AgZone FIELD
Requirements:
• 6-9 years of robust agronomic experience
• Bachelor’s in Agriculture essential
• Must register with agrologist institutes
• CCA designation preferred
• Five years of field experience required
