Reporting to the National Human Resources & Safety Manager, you will spend most of your time in the field, actively coaching teams and performing risk assessments. Your role includes leading incident investigations and managing workplace safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations. Partnering with operations, your focus will be on creating a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement health, safety, and environmental programs effectively
• Mentor frontline teams through active support
• Conduct thorough inspections and hazard analyses




• Facilitate monthly safety meetings and audits
• Lead incident investigations and document findings

Requirements:
• Minimum seven years of Health and Safety experience
• Educational background in Occupational Health & Safety
• CRSP certification or active pursuit considered favorable
• Robust relationship-building and coaching skills
• Ability to spend up to 80% of time in the field
