Reporting to the Surface Finishing Supervisor, this role requires hands-on experience in machining and honing. You will support production needs with a focus on quality and adherence to safety procedures. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of relevant experience and is skilled in using precision measuring tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ID and OD grinding of aircraft components
• Engage in continuous improvement and lean initiatives
• Liaise between operators and shifts on priorities
• Follow strict safety procedures in your operations
• Utilize cranes for part movement and handling
Requirements:
• High school diploma and 1-3 years honing experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints
• Competence with measuring equipment and micrometers
• Must meet ITAR and CCGP work eligibility
• Overhead crane operation experience preferred
