In this 12-month contract, you will collaborate closely with an engaged team to support diverse Water Resources services. Your work includes hands-on field support, developing robust safety practices, and guiding projects in compliance with health and safety standards. Engage with employees to build an effective safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Influence safety practices and cultivate employee engagement
• Conduct thorough health and safety inspections in the field
• Lead and analyze incidents to improve future safety
• Design communications and training for safety practices
• Assist in coordinating health and safety committees

Requirements:
• At least 5 years in health and safety roles
• Relevant Occupational Health and Safety certificate
• Familiarity with Canadian OHS legislation
• Collaborative partnership building skills
• Experience with H&S; management systems beneficial
