In this vital role, you will uphold the organization's safety and environmental programs while managing the compliance of the National Safety Code. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, audits, and providing safety training for employees to mitigate risks and drive operational excellence. Collaborate with leaders to ensure alignment between safety objectives and business goals, reinforcing their commitment to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage compliance programs for fleet safety
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Train employees on safety legislation and practices
• Facilitate incident investigations to enhance learning
• Monitor regulatory compliance and performance indicators
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 years in safety management
• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety is preferred
• Certifications in HSE and Transportation Safety
• Solid working knowledge of industry regulations
• Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills
