This position combines direct supervision of adult offenders with team-oriented case management, focusing on mental health strategies to support recovery and behavior management. Immerse yourself in a team-centered environment to ensure facility safety and secure operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and interact with offenders for safety
• Work with teams to deliver intervention programs
• Use mental health assessments in behavior management
• Conduct facility patrols and movement supervision
• Carry out security protocols and incident responses
Requirements:
• Degree in Social Sciences or Law Enforcement
• Must hold a valid Saskatchewan Class 5 License
• First Aid and CPR/AED certification required
• Familiarity with criminal justice systems
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
