As a Program Support Coach, you'll support school age children and educators through hands-on coaching. Your role includes developing routines, crafting Individual Support Plans, and fostering a sense of belonging. This part-time position offers scheduling flexibility and requires travel to various programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support staff in fostering caring relationships with children
• Help identify and respond to children's unique needs
• Assist in establishing consistent program practices
• Work with the Program Coordinator and team members
• Conduct small and large group presentations for professional learning
Requirements:
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• At least two years’ experience with children ages 4–12
• Experience in trauma-informed care and support
• Strong mentorship and coaching skills
• Knowledge of relevant child care regulations
