Competitive wages: base pay is $62,800- $78,60,0/ year depending on skills and qualifications. Discussion regarding full compensation package conducted in initial pre-screen.

this is an opportunity to combine customer service, technical knowledge, and problem-solving in a role that truly matters.

Reports to: Customer Service Representative, Supervisor
Shift: 4x3- 12 hour days
Safety Sensitive: No- RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5-year provincial driving record will be required
Travel: up to 20% travel may be required for on-site customer meetings and operational support
Relocation: This position does not offer relocation

Key Job Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact for mining customers, you'll coordinate parts and service support to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

Manage parts and service orders, quotations, billing, credits, and warranty documentation

Coordinate with planning, warehouse, supply chain, and field teams to ensure successful job execution

Source and expedite parts to minimize equipment downtime

Support customers with technical parts inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution

Manage pricing approvals, rebates, and contract-related documentation

Participate in customer planning meetings, outage preparation, and inventory discussions

Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational performance

Qualifications/Requirements

3+ years of customer service experience and 5+ years in mining, industrial parts, or heavy equipment

High School Diploma required; Journeyperson Parts certification (or working toward it) is an asset

Strong knowledge of heavy equipment components and parts identification

ERP experience (SAP preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment





Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access mine sites without restriction
