This position seeks a motivated Registered Psychiatric Nurse or Registered Nurse prepared to contribute to a dynamic start-up facility at Homewood Ravensview. You will be responsible for comprehensive assessments, patient advocacy, and implementing evidence-based strategies. Your robust background in mental health will support both individualized and group therapy sessions with patients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out mental health risk assessments and treatment planning
• Monitor and document patient health and progress regularly




• Educate patients and families on care strategies
• Collaborate with health care professionals on policies
• Mentor new nursing professionals as required

Requirements:
• Accredited degree in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing
• 2+ years experience in mental health environments
• Registered with BCCNP
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Familiarity with the Mental Health Act and community resources
