Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload robotic shot peening work centers
• Follow detailed operational sketches and techniques
• Optimize machine use to improve production quality
• Minimize downtime using the ANDON system
• Maintain high safety standards and tidy work areas
Requirements:
• High school diploma with relevant manufacturing experience
• Proficient PC skills for operating instructions
• Material handling experience required
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
• Familiarity with overhead crane operation preferred
