Reporting to the IT Director, you will manage technical support for operational technology while collaborating with teams to enhance system architecture. Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and support day-to-day OT systems
• Ensure compliance of OT systems with internal policies
• Conduct system updates and configuration changes
• Assist in developing OT documentation like process flows
• Generate reports on performance metrics for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years in industrial system operations
• Robust communication skills in French and English
• Experience with Data Historian and analytics platforms
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and manufacturing processes
