As a key leader in our community, you will design and facilitate enriching experiences to connect with our residents. You will supervise the Life Enrichment Assistants and oversee volunteer involvement, ensuring all programming is tailored to promote healthy living. Your leadership will create a positive, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate dynamic recreation programming for residents
• Supervise and coordinate assistance staff and volunteers
• Implement adaptable exercise initiatives for diverse needs
• Promote a caring community atmosphere and engagement
• Organize special events to enhance resident involvement
Requirements:
• Relevant degree/diploma in Gerontology or related fields
• Experience in senior programming environments
• Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Food Safety
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Publisher
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the role
