BSP Bicycle Sports Pacific is looking for an experienced retail leader who wants more than a paycheck. This role includes profit sharing and a transparent path to earning an ownership stake in the store.

What you’ll do

Lead and develop a high-performing team

Grow sales and improve profitability

Manage inventory, purchasing, and merchandising

Recruit and train staff

Track store performance and key results

Build relationships in the local cycling community

Oversee daily store operations

What we’re looking for





5+ years of retail management experience

Proven success growing sales and leading teams

Strong understanding of margins, profitability, and business performance

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Interest in cycling is a bonus, but business leadership is the priority
