Thompson Rivers University is seeking an Executive Director, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism to lead university-wide EDI/AR initiatives. The role reports to the Provost and Vice-President Academic and works with TRU’s Senior Leadership, faculty, students and external partners to advance belonging and anti-racism.
Key responsibilities include developing an intersectional EDI governance model, policy development, training, and program evaluation; building robust relationships across
