Southern Health-Santé Sud is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care in a 24-bed Personal Care Home. The LPN applies the nursing process to support residents in achieving and maintaining optimal health within a people-centered approach.
The incumbent works with an interdisciplinary team, prioritizes patient care, and stays current with RHPA standards and required certifications. Bilingual ability is essential for designated bilingual roles in this region.
