This role entails managing a case load of ten individuals aged 16-24 who struggle with complex issues. You will work closely with community Elders and team members to ensure protected, respectful, and effective service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive, culturally appropriate services
• Participate actively in client assessments and reviews
• Establish rapport and define boundaries with clients




• Keep detailed and organized client case files
• Maintain service statistics and reports promptly

Requirements:
• Minimum education: College Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in case management or social advocacy
• Familiarity with Ottawa’s Indigenous service networks
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
