Gerdau Long Steel North America is seeking an HR Generalist II to report to the HR Manager. You will contribute to enhancing employee engagement, policy administration, and compliance within our diverse operations. This position entails developing training programs, managing performance reviews, and addressing employee grievances, ensuring a supportive and proactive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute HR plans and procedures
• Facilitate employee communication on programs and policies
• Advise on employee discipline and grievances




• Support recruitment processes for open roles
• Manage performance reviews and improvement processes

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in HR or equivalent
• Minimum 5-7 years in human resources
• Experience in a 24/7 unionized manufacturing setting is beneficial
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities
