Join Nogdawindamin Family and Community Services as a Family Well-Being Group Worker in Serpent River First Nation. This full-time role focuses on providing dedicated support and educational programs to families facing well-being challenges.

As a Family Well-Being Group Worker, you'll engage with parents and caregivers, fostering their skills and understanding of key child development milestones. You will create secure, nurturing environments in homes, communities, or through web platforms, emphasizing resilience and unity within families. This impactful work is part of a crucial community initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver educational sessions and family support programs
• Enhance parenting skills and child engagement




• Foster family resilience and confidence through programming
• Advocate for the needs and safety of families
• Utilize various delivery methods, including online resources

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Services required
• Degree in Human Services preferred
• Relevant experience with children and families
• Knowledge of Anishnawbek culture and traditions
• Class ‘G’ Ontario Driver's Licence and insurance

Support and empower families in fostering strong relationships and healthy communities.
