We seek candidates with a minimum of two years’ experience in backhoe operation and an eagerness to grow within the construction sector. You will handle concrete removal, bulk excavation, grading tasks, and ensure your equipment is well-maintained and operational.

Key Responsibilities:
• Use backhoe for removal of curbs and sidewalks
• Load trucks with excavated materials
• Conduct precise finishing and grading work
• Follow maintenance schedules for all equipment
• Carry out daily checks on vehicles and tools

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of backhoe operating experience
• Relevant construction industry experience
• Demonstrated commitment to safety policies
• Valid driver’s license required
• Robust multitasking and teamwork abilities
