Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments of neonatal patients
• Teach and support parents throughout the NICU experience




• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Maintain documentation of nursing evaluations
• Adhere to patient-focused care principles

Requirements:
• Current registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Minimum Level II NICU experience required
• 75% passing score on NICU knowledge test
• Completion of a Level III neonatal course preferred
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program training required
