Reporting to the Plating & Processing Supervisor, you will manage the electroless nickel plating process, ensuring adherence to technical specifications. Your work will directly affect the quality of aerospace products, driving initiatives for continuous improvement in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct electroless nickel plating of aircraft components
• Prepare parts and manage tank loading and unloading
• Maintain plating tanks and associated tooling
• Support cross-functional processes as needed
• Participate in lean initiatives like 5S and TPM

Requirements:
• High school diploma with 1-3 years process chemistry experience
• Proficiency with measuring equipment such as gauges
• ITAR and CCGP eligibility to work in Canada
• Ability to interpret blueprints and handle tools
• Robust understanding of WHMIS regulations
