Join a leading Oil and Gas company as an Environmental Regulatory Advisor on a 1-year contract in Edmonton, Alberta. Your role will focus on ensuring compliance with environmental regulations while providing technical guidance and support.

The ideal candidate will work within the Environment and Regulatory team at the Imperial Strathcona Refinery. This role requires 5 to 10 years of industry experience and expertise in environmental regulations. You'll provide ongoing support, develop standards, and manage systems that ensure compliance with legislation affecting the Oil and Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support on environmental issues and compliance
• Support QA/QC of regulatory documentation




• Develop and implement environmental standards
• Lead environmental management projects and improvements
• Support environmental performance reporting as required

Requirements:
• Degree in Environmental Sciences or related field
• 5 - 10 years of relevant industry experience
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Solid communication and critical thinking skills
• Experience with APEA and AER requirements
