In this hands-on role, you will be instrumental in shaping a safe working environment at Element5. You will develop, review, and maintain safety documentation while conducting critical inspections and audits across the facility. Your expertise in health and safety legislation will guide the team towards compliant and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and enhance safety programs and SOPs
• Perform compliance audits and hazard assessments
• Facilitate employee health and safety training
• Lead incident investigations and safety observations




• Support the Joint Health & Safety Committee initiatives

Requirements:
• Education in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
• 5+ years of manufacturing health and safety experience
• Solid knowledge of the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Proven capability in technical writing and documentation
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams
