Join Grandview Kids as a Coordinator of Privacy and Health Information and drive excellence in health records management. This full-time contract opportunity focuses on privacy compliance, education, and support on-site.

In this role, you will work closely with the Clinical Information and Systems Manager to draft effective health records policies and maintain privacy standards. You’ll engage in training staff and ensuring that the integrity of client records is upheld, addressing privacy inquiries from parents and external agencies. Your efforts will help shape a better service experience for clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and revise privacy policies and procedures
• Engage in privacy audit processes and compliance checks




• Address privacy breach incidents as per policy
• Facilitate consent process management and staff education
• Process record requests and manage inquiries

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of similar privacy experience
• Required CHIMA certification
• CIPP/C certification or equivalent knowledge
• Solid problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Clear Police Record Check and a valid driver’s license
