Drive human resources excellence at Abiona Centre for Infant & Early Mental Health as the People and Culture Manager. This full time position focuses on creating a supportive work environment that champions diversity and collaboration.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions that contribute to the Centre’s mission. Your role will include managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and the implementation of DEIB strategies. As a leader, you’ll support staff in navigating HR processes and enhancing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate recruitment and onboarding for best talent
• Oversee employee performance and development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws




• Supervise HR assistant and volunteer programs
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent relevant field
• At least 5 years in progressively responsible HR roles
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
