Key Responsibilities:
• Sanitize gyms, lounges, and public areas
• Dispose of rubbish and collect recyclables
• Handle floor care by sweeping and mopping
• Conduct planned checks for utilities and troubleshoot
• Manage laundry logistics effectively

Requirements:
• Must possess a valid G license
• Proficiency with light power tools is necessary
• Experience in rapid-paced environments preferred
• Strong capability to work independently
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
