Key Responsibilities:
• Manage field operations for multiple commercial projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Perform regular site inspections and monitor quality

• Promote a strong team culture in office through leadership

Requirements:
• Over 5 years of site supervision or field management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent mandatory
• Familiarity with project management software
• Proven organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel extensively and participate in a rotating schedule
