Miratech, a global IT services and consulting company, seeks a Senior UC Engineer to design, deliver, and operate enterprise Unified Communications across the Americas. You will lead incident management, vendor escalation, and support Cisco Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and related collaboration services.
You will coordinate with telecom providers and stakeholders, monitor platform health with Splunk, manage CDRs, and contribute to weekend maintenance.
