In this Account Executive role based in Toronto, you will blend account management and sales to help clients maximize their use of McLean & Company resources. Ideal candidates have experience in B2B sales and will leverage networks to generate leads and secure current clients. You’ll engage with clients on strategy, operational excellence, and overall membership satisfaction while working in a hybrid mode.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular service calls to ensure client alignment
• Book sales presentations using marketing leads and cold calls




• Collaborate with Research and Product Teams for effective service
• Identify revenue growth opportunities within your accounts
• Maintain client details and account notes in CRM system

Requirements:
• 2 years B2B sales experience with University Degree
• 5 years B2B sales with College Diploma
• Strong account management and opportunity identification skills
• Excellent organizational abilities for multi-tasking
• Active listening skills to understand client needs
