AVI Health & Community Services (AVI) operates the SAFER program on Vancouver Island. The SAFER Support Worker will apply lived/living experience with criminalized drug use to build relationships, provide peer support, and help maintain a positive, respectful workplace in the SAFER space.
This casual role requires shift availability (9:30am–9:00pm), locations across AVI Victoria, two sites, and BCGEU union affiliation; training and supervision are provided.
