Reporting to the Agile Delivery Manager, you will spearhead Agile initiatives across technical and business teams. Your expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing delivery metrics will help drive collaboration and continuous improvement. Focus on removing impediments and ensuring alignment with project schedules to reflect strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
• Align sprint deliverables with project schedules and dependencies
• Maintain Agile boards to ensure visibility of work in progress




• Communicate delivery progress and priorities to stakeholders
• Promote Agile best practices and influence team engagement

Requirements:
• 3+ years in Agile delivery or project coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields with Scrum certification preferred
• Proficient in Agile techniques and using collaboration tools
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
