Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the nursery effectively every day
• Engage with Acorns and Oaks classrooms during all school terms
• Implement marketing strategies for enrollment growth
• Track child progress and attend parents' evenings
• Provide support to new families settling in

Requirements:
• 3+ years of nursery management experience required
• At least 1 year as a Line Manager
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
• Familiarity with early years framework and planning
• Robust communication and organizational skills
