Key Responsibilities:
• Process warranty claims per OEM guidelines
• Validate codes, parts usage, and claim essentials




• Monitor warranty receivables and chargeback rates
• Support compliance with manufacturer policies

Requirements:
• 2+ years as a Warranty Administrator at an OEM
• 3+ years as a Service Advisor or Technician
• Familiarity with warranty coding and documentation
• Solid understanding of service department operations
• Proven ability to identify revenue opportunities
