Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit and validate business needs from stakeholders
• Conduct workshops to foster understanding across teams
• Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Structure requirements and support design solutions
• Assist in the testing process and evaluate outcomes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field
• Over 5 years in IT project implementations
• Robust experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent facilitation and problem-solving skills
• CBAP certification considered beneficial
