EllisDon is actively seeking a detail-oriented Corporate HSE Systems Coordinator. You will support HSE technology platforms while ensuring effective reporting and digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with Corporate HSE, operational teams, and external vendors to enhance safety systems and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for HSE software platforms and digital tools
• Prepare and distribute HSE reports and performance metrics
• Validate data quality and implement reporting improvements




• Coordinate user access and project setup activities
• Assist in the rollout of current HSE software enhancements

Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Admin or related field
• 2-5 years experience in software systems and reporting
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
• Experience with SharePoint or data analysis tools
• Strong organization and communication skills
